The following emergency fees are effective November 1, 2009, unless otherwise stated.  If any of the fees in this emergency rule are in conflict with a NOTICE licensees recently received from this agency, the fees listed below supersede the NOTICE:

      *Effective January 10, 2010, each manufacturer shall pay a shipment fee to the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission (AMHC) for each transportable section of each new manufactured home shipped to a retailer in Alabama during the previous month.  The first payment will be due on January 10, 2010, and by the tenth of each month thereafter.

     **Effective January 10, 2010, each modular retailer shall pay a fee to the AMHC for each used manufactured building sold, leased, or leased to purchase during the previous month for siting in Alabama.  The first payment will be due on January 10, 2010, and by the tenth of each month thereafter.
